Work Smarter, Not Harder

Market-leading US-based Enterprise Content Management Company Hosts Local Events

Representatives from global firm Laserfiche hosted two events on the island on 15 October 2025 at Digital Greenhouse. Karim Daya, the firm’s UK Head of Business Development and Faruk Suleiman, Solutions Engineer held two separate sessions, in association with Delimited, Laserfiche’s Channel Islands partner.

Both sessions looked at AI-related topics. The first demonstrated how AI can be used to drive a document-centric approach to client onboarding, with particular focus on streamlining customer experience, minimising manual effort for company employees, and mitigating the risk of incorrect data extraction.

The second showcased how AI technology can be used to ‘have a conversation’ with your working documents to extract meaningful information within your own secure Laserfiche Cloud instance. Both sessions were well attended and stimulated lively discussion and questions.

The presenters demonstrated how quickly they could create valuable insights into the data and convert these into actionable items for an organisation. The audience could see how they could empower their teams and build processes that perfectly suited their needs.

Karim Daya said:

“In my role as Business Development Manager for the UK, I have the privilege of working closely with our community of fantastic Solution Providers, such as Delimited. Together, we help organisations address business challenges and accelerate their digital transformation journeys through best-in-class document management solutions.

I was pleased to visit Guernsey for the first time, and to support an event hosted by Delimited Solutions. It was inspiring to see how engaged Guernsey’s business leaders are with the transformative potential of Laserfiche’s new AI features – not only in reshaping the way they work, but also in enhancing the value they deliver to their customers. I’m excited to return and continue building relationships across this fantastic community. I was also struck by the island’s rich history and unique charm, and I’m already planning a visit with my partner to explore it further.”

Justin Guilbert, Managing Director of Delimited, added:

“We have a good, established, working relationship with Laserfiche. As their Channel Islands’ local partner we had the ideal opportunity to invite them to showcase their own product directly to our business community. As a customer-centric business, we really appreciate how Laserfiche has implemented AI in a way that is of immense benefit to the worldwide community of Laserfiche users. More importantly for our regulated clients, the data is only handled within a controlled secure environment.

With current high levels of interest in AI, Laserfiche has cut through the noise and shown how you can leverage it in a useful, intuitive, and secure way, within your business, now.”
