Albany Trustee wins Run Smarter Programme of the Year Award
Albany Trustee Company Limited – a Delimited client – received the Laserfiche Run Smarter Programme of the Year Award at the Laserfiche Empower 2026 conference, held in Las Vegas. The annual event attracts around 1,800 Laserfiche users from around the globe who come together to exchange user experience, learn about recent product innovations and hear from experts and partners on the exciting plans for the future of the platform.
Albany was one of seven award winners – either organisations or individuals – all recognised for their use of the platform to improve productivity, innovate processes and achieve exceptional results. The Run Smarter Programme of the Year Award specifically celebrates the best overall Laserfiche programme, in terms of strategy, tactics and results with the winner having delivered measurable impact and inspired change.
Managing Director of Delimited IT Solutions, Justin Guilbert said:

Amanda Crowther-Martel, Director of Albany Trustee Company attended the conference to collect the award. She also had the opportunity to speak at the Financial Services User Group session where she shared Albany’s positive experience implementing the platform and the benefits the company has enjoyed as a direct result. She said:
“We were utterly delighted and surprised to have been chosen for this award, given we are at the start of this journey following our migration from a shared-drive environment with limited permissions to a centralised repository in a document management system.
As part of our technology transformation, we are working towards a “key-it-once” approach and utilising Laserfiche as a conduit between systems.
One of our most measurable achievements, utilising both the benefits of Laserfiche and the skills of Delimited, relates to one of the banks we work with. We are now able to pull all of the “paperwork” (statements, advices etc) directly from their server, bring them into our environment and file them all directly in the correct location within the repository. For this one bank we have gained in the region of 140 hours per year back of both reception and bookkeeping time, where staff were scanning, renaming and filing all these documents.
Attending Empower 2026 was an incredible experience. Getting to speak with the Laserfiche experts and other Laserfiche users and being able to attend workshops and labs to enhance my knowledge of the product was both helpful and interesting.
As an award winner, I was also asked to co-present at the Financial Services User Group discussion on our use of Laserfiche, the implementation and benefits of its introduction. This was both a privilege and the most nerve-wracking thing I have ever done. As a result of this discussion group, other users and service providers have reached out with questions and support with their projects.
Finally, working with Delimited over the last few years has been made easy by both their technical knowledge and their knowledge of the industry to provide good all-around support for our technology transformation journey.”
