Accounting Exchange Platform

FBOOne2QBO is a platform we developed that takes invoices from leading aviation industry applications (FBO One, Aerotrack) and cleanly reports and lists them in a web interface. It is available as an app for QuickBooks Online. When you log into QBO, the incoming invoice data is visible. The platform allows conversion and exporting of incoming invoices to the QuickBooks accounting platform, saving time manually adding invoices between the platforms.

The Problem

Many organisations will have several invoicing processes due to particular service lines or legacy integration of business units that cannot be easily merged. Using our understanding of accounting systems, we can identify the bottlenecks and risks of data being re-keyed or siloed then come up with solutions to reduce risk and overheads. 
 
Our client supplies fixed based operations to aircraft operators – such as aircraft handling, fuelling, hangar rental.  They use an industry standard solution to manage their FBO but were challenged to integrate invoicing within the finance function of a diverse group of companies.  We have joined up the platforms using the QuickBooks Online API, so the client does not need to re-key data.  We have repeated this approach with some other parts of the business to provide accurate, consistent data.

We have worked with Delimited over several projects to streamline our invoicing across the various parts of the business.  We use some specific industry software to record work and are now able to export invoicing data into our standard packages.
