Gilbert joined Delimited in 2026, bringing over nine years’ professional experience in the IT sector. He has worked across a broad range of software development disciplines and technologies, with a background that spans bespoke application development, systems integration and process automation.
At Delimited, Gilbert works closely with clients to design and deliver practical, well‑structured solutions that simplify complex manual processes and support the way organisations actually operate. He has particular experience working with platforms such as Laserfiche, helping clients automate workflows in a way that is reliable, maintainable and appropriate for regulated environments.
With a strong development foundation, Gilbert is able to contribute across the full lifecycle of a solution — from debugging and enhancement work through to higher‑level architectural discussions and stakeholder engagement. He is equally comfortable working with technical teams or explaining concepts to non‑technical audiences.
Outside of work, Gilbert holds a pilot’s licence and boating qualifications (despite having no driving licence). He also gained a Level 2 WSET qualification in wine tasting during lockdown, proving that even enforced downtime can be put to good use.
